Use of the website does not transfer ownership of the software, templates, Noxaryn brand or creations displayed. Rights attached to a website delivered to a client are specified in the applicable commercial terms.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute should first be subject to an attempt at amicable resolution before referral to the competent court.
